Tax Policy

Within the United States, MediPlus Home Health charges sales tax on orders( Where applicable) shipping to New Jersey only. (New Jersey Orders will be charged 7% sales tax where Applicable) If you are a tax exempt organization, government agency or reseller in any of the aforementioned states, please do the following:

1. Create a MediPlus account and place at least one order, if you do not have one already.
2. Complete the Sales Tax Exempt Form.
3. Fax the form and any document listed as required to (732) 272-0671

Processing timeframe:

Tax exempt forms take 3-5 business days to process, after which a refund will be credited to your original payment method. Your future orders will no longer be taxed by MediPlus Home Health.

Outdated information: If any of your submitted information has changed, please send us the updated forms as soon as possible in order to maintain your tax exemption.

International orders: Orders shipping outside the United States (with the exception of APO/FPO and Puerto Rico) will always be charged the requisite tax and duty and cannot be exempt.
