In order to be released from the hospital a couple of months ago, I needed a bed in a hurry because their DME division was out of stock. Late afternoon on a Friday out of desperation I called Mediplus. The team was amazing, and moved heaven and earth to get the bed to my house in just a couple of hours, including sheets!
They are a godsend, saving me 2-3 extra days in the hospital. The delivery / installers are top notch, really good people.
I highly recommend them, and intend to use them again next week year after my new hip!
My wife was coming home after a 5 day stay in the hospital. I ordered a recliner on 12/23/25 and wanted it delivered the next day when she was due home. No problem they said and delivered it on time on christmas eve before her arrival. The delivery and placement was expertly handled by one courteous and careful young man. Tight corners? No problem and no scratches. Very impressed. Communicating about extensions of the rental period was easy as was the pick up. Customer friendly and attentive throughout the two month rental. My wife loved the chair. It was her bed for the first two weeks. Highly recommended for both the product and service.
My family came to visit me from Atlanta, and I wasn’t sure how I was going to get my 88-year-old dad around New York. Someone suggested getting a scooter, and I’m so glad I found Mediplus Home Health. We were able to scoot all across New York and through the subways with no issues or us having to slow down and/or take breaks. The price was reasonable, the customer service was top tier, and their communication was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!
